Submission of the Power Point presentation for lectures

All oral presentations will be managed by a centralized system (Slide Centre).
Given the number of simultaneous sessions and the short time allocated for talks, presentations will be managed by a centralized system (Slide Centre). For technical reasons it will not be possible to use personal laptops during presentations. Only Power PointTM presentation will be accepted.
Presenters who intend to use PowerPointTM should bring their CDs or USB Key Drives to the Slide Centre at least two hours before their scheduled time to have their presentations copied. If very late arrival is foreseen, authors could sent them in advance by e-mail to MAF servizi (pagni@mafservizi.it). The presentations will be forwarded, via a LAN network, from the Slide Centre to the appropriate room at the scheduled time. All rooms will be equipped with a computer for PowerPointTM presentations and a beamer. No slide projectors will be available. The computer will be on the speaker’s desk. Technical assistance will be provided on site.
