Registration Fee, hotel deposit, lunches, banquet, tours and other fees should be paid either by credit card mailing order or by bank transfer.

Credit Card Payment

Registration Fee, hotel deposit, lunches, banquet, tours and other fees may be paid by credit card mailing order through the secured web on-line registration system of the Congress.

Since this payment method adds unpredictable bank fees and needs additional processing work, please add EUR 20,00 for each bank transfer as a standard transfer/processing charge to the right and proper registration fee for all the services you need to pay. To avoid this extra cost and to have secure money transfer, make a single payment, preferentially via on-line credit card payment through the secure web site of the Congress connected to and safeguarded by SanPaolo IMI bank system.

To ensure that payment will be registered correctly, please indicate clearly on your money order your name and address, and the reference name of the Congress (IUPAC2007 Congress), and send a copy of your bank transfer receipt by the proper "On-line Registration" section on the web site (pdf format), or by e-mail (pdf format) or fax to the Congress Secretariat. When also registration is made by mail (not recommended), do not forget to attach a copy of your bank transfer receipt to your registration form! Incorrect procedure will not be processed. The Registration and other services will be acknowledged only after money had been transferred on the Congress account. Notification of the positively completed procedure will be sent by mail/e-mail at your choice.

Receipt

The Congress secretariat will give a receipt of the payment, with proper description ofeach item and VAT.
