A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been booked at preferential rates for the Congress. The suggested hotels, below reported, are all situated near the Lingotto area or in the city centre. The Congress venue is easily accessible by public transportation from all these hotels.

Please submit your accommodation request at the web site (recommended), or send by mail or fax using the downloaded FORM B. The secretariat M.A.F. Servizi will offer assistance in arranging the accommodation in the hotels selected. Reservation will be made on a first come first served basis. Should the required hotel be fully booked, an alternative in the same price category will be offered. Please kindly note that any reservation can be finalized only after having received the payment (at prices given in the reserved section of the web site). The payment in advance of ONE night and a reservation service fee (not refundable) of 15,00 EUR are required. Written cancellation notice should be submitted to the Organizing Secretary before April 23th: will be refunded 50% of the night. Otherwise, no refund will be given. Your balance should be paid at the hotel directly upon departure. The hotel will provide you with an invoice of payment. The IUPAC Committee will provide you with an invoice of the hotel reservation fee. The Organizing Secretariat will send a hotel confirmation letter each participant upon receipt of the first deposit according.
